On the menswear floor of Selfridges Bullring. Even though smaller in size than its neighbours, it meets targets and surpasses Selfridges set figures. • Managed a team of 4 staff to carry out the day to day running of the conces sion to maximize sales to meet and surpass company and Selfridges targets. • Carried out k p i’ s such as mystery shops to pin point weaknesses in service. • Created out of stock lists and weekly trade reports to ensure stock and replenishment levels were sufficient for the concession. • Supervised visual merchandising to fit in with company and department standards. •Monitored customer service among staff to ensure all visitors to the concession were served in a timely manor and to consistently high standard. •Being head-hunted from my previous job to fill the position of assistant manger and being allowed to run concession. • Maintaining a strong sales record with the 1st 2month (nov and dec) being over target by 20% • Developing the concession to be one of the best preforming areas of the menswear floor in Selfridges, taking more money then neighbouring concessions with bigger floor space then Nigel Hall.
