I personally had knowledge of Joseph’s performance as a field service technician and systems administrator. His performance and knowledge exceeded my expectations and led to selecting him as the Biometrics Help Desk (HD) lead in Iraq. Joseph was responsible for supervising five direct reports and HD operations supporting 28 manned sites and 47 unmanned sites in Iraq. Joseph was a valuable asset to our organization, worked well with others, and needed little to no supervision in the execution of his duties. He worked well under pressure and got the job done. I would happily re-employ Joseph and highly recommend him for employment. He would make a great asset to any organization.
