Joe is a terrific guy and a very hard worker. Although I only had the pleasure of working with him as an intern in our department, I would without hesitation give him a full time job when he graduates - assuming we have an appropriate opening. Joe is mature and thoughtful and will grow into - I'm sure - a top notch employee wherever he ends up. Once again, the most important thing: he works hard and works intelligently; rare for someone his age.
