Je connais Joseph de longue date mais notre collaboration forte a commencé en 2001 chez Sun Microsystems. Au fil des postes que nous avons occupés, j'ai pu me rendre compte de la grande valeur de Joseph en tant que collaborateur dans une équipe, puis responsable d'équipe technique. Joseph exerce son métier avec rigueur et méthode et ne laisse rien au hasard. Il est attentif aux problématiques fonctionnelles, mais aussi de performance, de volumétrie. Il intègre ces éléments dès le début de ses conceptions. Son niveau technique est globalement élevé. Il explore sans cesse de nouvelles pistes dans les phases de recherche. Dans la dimension d'un leader technique, Joseph sait comment obtenir le meilleur de ses coéquipiers qui adhèrent très vite à son mode d'organisation clair et efficace. Joseph a un très bon relationnel, sait gérer les relations entre différents groupes d'une organisation, sait gérer la relation client également. Je le recommande vivement au sein d'une organisation, c'est un très bon élément.

Joseph was on a team that I managed at Sun Microsystems that was tasked with implementing the next generation data layer for Sun's identity management suite of products. This product ultimately became the Oracle Unified Directory. Joseph led a team that designed and implemented directory proxy server functionality including sharding capabilities, which are present in all modern, big-data products. I was impressed with the quality of his work from the thoroughness of his architecture and design through to the implementation. I found Joseph to be sharp and pleasant to work with, and he was well liked and respected by his colleagues. I can recommend Joseph without hesitation in both individual contributor and leadership roles.
