As the Case Manager I had supervisory responsibilities. I helped coordinate a team of Behavior Specialists while maintaining my own case load. As a Behavior Specialist I completed behavioral observations, assessments and implemented a consistent treatment plan while establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the assigned youth and his/her family. I maintained direct supervision of assigned youths and complete all required agency paperwork in a timely manner.
