Helped teach other team members how to prepare and review tax returns. Passed VITA exam certifications for past two tax seasons. Medicaid Expansion: created training's and systems for our team of 10 to help Oklahoman's with Medicaid, SNAP, and ACA enrollments. Our team has done over 1,400 enrollments in less than 2 years. Data management and processing, outreach, customer service, and continuous learning. Became ACA certified federally and in Oklahoma.
