I have worked in both a cross-functional and managerial role with Joseph Casabar for the past two years at Facebook, where he effectively and expertly led day-to-day App Store operations and product flow improvements for products across the Oculus ecosystem. Throughout my time working with him, I have been greatly impressed by his ability to deftly tackle a disparate range of challenges, while simultaneously managing deeply complex inter-team dependencies. From working with Product Marketing to CRM to Engineering and Product Management across multiple products and software release cycles, Joseph has developed an uncanny ability to add value wherever he has applied himself. Moreover, Joseph is a warm person, and a great coworker. He’s always engendered a sense of friendship and candor with all teams that he’s been part of at Facebook. I cannot recommend him enough.
