  Projects and Achievements • Epworth house: Inner city office refurb with significant structural redevelopment, management of finishing trades to achieve tight hand over. • 8 Salisbury Square: Turnaround of substantial design challenges on roof and terraces for large central London office building redevelopment project, of value £45 million. • Chobham Academy: Ensured limited community impact of complex project, requiring communication with school maintenance operatives and teachers to best co-ordinate works, for maximum productivity but minimal disturbances to the school’s daily structure. • Stratford Academy: Demolition of existing 1960s school building. Rebuild of new, fit for purpose building for Stratford designed with pupil safety and usability in focus. • Africa House (large Victorian heritage building) Office Redevelopment: Through very tight project cost control, insured a great financial success of the project in a challenging location with a demanding client. • UCL Academy and Swiss Cottage School: Working under the senior site engineer, 2 year period of onsite training in site engineering activities on a project consisting of 2 schools. The Swiss cottage school is an outstanding school for children with learning difficulties and was fitted with advanced equipment. Show less
