Jose Miguel Bolivar has being a decisive person designing the lines that made Applied Biosystems awarded as a Best Place to Work, due to his advance vision about what really means drive a modern and effective company, focused on productivity and employees´ benefits and leadership. He is a very smart person, able to set up very clear objectives and goals, and finding out the most appropriates solutions to complex situations as he demonstrated playing a key role during the Appliend Biosystems and Invitrogen merge. His skills and knowledge allowed him drive the process, minimizing the potential issues and generating the proper conditions for the two companies integration into Life Technologies Spain. I have no doubt to recommend Jose Miguel as an expert in Human Resources affairs, involving effectiveness, clear objectives, time management and leadership. It was a pleasure and a real development opportunity for me, work with him.
