Company Background: It was formed in October 2017 following the acquisition of Celesio AG (ref. to previous employment below) by McKesson Corporation, the largest U.S. healthcare wholesale group.Role Description: Reporting to the Group Operations Director and responsible for the planning and execution of projects intended to raise the supply chain efficiency in close collaboration with local counterparts in the different countries. Representative achievements:• Led a corporate initiative to reduce stock value whilst keeping or slightly improving product availability across 10 European countries where the final outcome was 130% of the original target.• Managed a global initiative for the adoption of a common KPI across 11 European countries to measure Inbound Service Level from Manufacturing Clients in terms of OTIF.• Consolidated the Global Best Practice on Forecast and Replenishment Processes (Wholesale & Retail) with subsequent know-how transfer to local counterparts.• Contributed – as Global Process Owner for Forecast and Replenishment – on the adoption of a European SAP S4/HANA Template with a first roll-out planned in UK. Very familiar with SAP Modules like F&R, eWM, MM, SD…• Supervised local initiatives in our subsidiaries in Italy and Norway for the optimization of forecast and replenishment processes, so that stock-days eventually presented a double-digit percentage drop.

Representative achievements:• Led a local project at our subsidiary in Brazil (Panpharma) for the optimization of forecast and replenishment processes, so that stock-days eventually decreased by 11% and product availability rose one percentage point.• Steered a local project at our subsidiary in Brazil (Panpharma) for the adoption of a truly customer fulfillment rate KPI.• Contributed – as Global Process Owner for Procure-to-Pay and Forecast and Replenishment Processes – on the adoption of a local SAP Solution in our subsidiaries in Austria, France and Norway.
