Jose Manuel is a humble, down to earth, charismatic leader. It was always a pleasure to work with Jose Manuel especially because his intellectual curiosity was always above average. It was great to see how he was always willing to listen, try new things and find a way to get people to follow - all of them characteristics of a great leader. It was impressive how he was able to learn a new tough language in very little time because he knew how important that was to the business. Jose took very tough job / assignments and quickly turned them around, he was a quick learner with strong business vision.
