Robert Holcomb
Jose Flores worked for me, as the Electrical Field Engineer, on the New U.S. Embassy Project in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, a 250 million dollar project, that consist of an eight-story main office building, 4 story parking garage, six support buildings, and the compound utilities/infrastructure. During his tenure, Jose had become an intrigue part of our team and most requested member of our team to assist in field matters. Prior to the start of construction he was charged with the material take off and specification review, for all systems to include; power and lighting systems, fire alarm, telecommunication, building automation systems, digital lighting control, technical security, and lightening protection system. As we transitioned to construction mode, he was assigned to work with our two US Electrical Superintendents in the day-to-day field operations. This included participation in the daily safety meetings, and layout of work assignment of the 60 plus electricians and helpers working on the project. This included supervision of work, material control, and quality pre-checks prior to formal inspection by the client. His desire to learn, and assist with issues was only magnified by his own honest and disciplined character, and his desire to do his best at every task. I highly recommend Jose for any position he decides to accept.
