  I worked as a flight Sgt (leader) for the General Training course for the Royal Canadian Air Cadet programs Summer Training Camps. Every day for a seven week period I was in charge of 25-30 young cadets as well as 3 Sargent's. my daily responsibility included waking up the cadets, taking them to meals, teaching class on the topic's of: Leadership, Aviation, Music , Physical Training as well as basic familiarization with the Canadian Armed Forces. Another Aspect of this job was dealing with medical emergency situations, where I was the first line of contact as well as response, having to many times apply first aid and contact emergency officials.
