After hiring Josef in December of 2013, Josef impressed me with the way he eagerly took the initiative to learn about the company and was quickly able to contribute in managing and improving the business. As part of the channel management team at Hitachi, Josef interacted with upper-level management, other departments, as well as outside customers. Through work with various channels, he has been able to gain exposure to online retailers, distributors, as well as various-sized brick and mortar retailers.
