  I was member of team developing common BTL platform (you can see it on top of new BTL devices like Emsculpt). Part of project I had been working on included custom Linux image (Yocto), GUI (QML) and control application (C++, Qt). This project was my entry ticket into Linux world, something I benefit from to this day.My responsibilities included:- leading a small team of testers- manual and automated testing (bash, Python)- care of Software Requirement Specification documents (lot of formal stuff probably not known to developers outside of medical or other critical SW area)- maintenance of continuous integration routines (TeamCity) and basic maintenance/administration of related serversCommunication with leaders of other projects was my daily bread as they were dependent on our work.

  I had been working on firmware for Medtronic's CareLink SmartSync programmer. My responsibilities included:- test design, test execution and requirement analysis- test automation (using in-house software, occasionally Python)- communication with Medtronic's SW engineers- training of new employeesLot of low level stuff was happening here (oscilloscopes, signal generators, decoding/encoding of messages in raw bytes "by hand").
