Jose began his internship with our department at a time when operations at the university were being shifted constantly in response to Covid-19. Our work in supporting the institution has been complex in meeting the needs of all users, both on campus and remote. Jose took to our training quickly and began providing a high-level of support to users in a variety of delivery methods. Virtual Live Support – Providing a concierge-type style of customer service and support delivered exclusively through an open zoom meeting space. Email Support – Providing solutions to user’s questions submitted through email at our helpdesk general mailbox. In Person/Classroom – Providing guidance and support to users on campus and in classrooms. Diagnosing & troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and providing training. Jose brings with him a professional and courteous demeanor, attention to detail, displays excellent interpersonal communications, and provides great contribution to teams.
