Jose is one of the most talented and intelligent developers I have worked with. We have worked on many projects together this past year. He is extremely knowledgeable in Salesforce and understands our business needs from our first correspondence/meeting. Other developers usually ask me to explain multiple times because they don’t understand our processes very well. Jose had taken the time to learn about our Salesforce instance and processes extremely well, to the point where when I ask for a change or new project, he is always ready to provide me with the best options. He is also very responsive and completes projects promptly. He is there for support during the entire process, and verifies all deployments run smoothly after changes are pushed to production. We recently worked on a highly complex data entry component project which our field users haven’t stopped raving about. They love the new data entry process which Jose made possible. Jose was contracted to plan, prepare, successfully load and resolve potential loading errors as part of a Project to migrate from the old SalesForce org to the new org. The tool that was used was the Dell Boomi tool. Jose did an outstanding job to make this data migration more than successfull. Why was it outstanding ? Jose is very organized, understands customer needs very fast, can turn them quickly into technical solutions and works very hard even across timezones to make his customer happy. He finalized the task in time, was driving his internal team in parallel very well, gave valuable guidance to our internal team and finally migrated a huge volume of data records incl. attachments with only very few loading errors during the Cutover period. That was only possible due to the good preparation work that was done before in combination our team and Jose`s data migration expertise. A fantastic result. We are looking forward working with Jose and Alejandra as part of phase II of this Project for additional businesses. Long story short. You need a data migration to Salesforce ?
