Jose worked for me at Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems, during that time he was by far the most knowledgeable of all the techs reporting to me. He stayed on top of all the latest developments, if he didn't understand what the problem was, he stayed at it until he solved the issue. I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone to solve problems and get the job done without supervision.

worked with Jose at E-Z interface where they were looking for a Network Engineer, he surpassed the company's expectations and helped in taking the department to the next level.

I created and implemented the new-hire training program currently used by the Professional Services Division to train consultants and network support engineers. This comprehensive 4-week boot camp is designed to teach the skills required to support the BIGip/LTM HA cluster. The objective of this training is to provide the engineer with the necessary skills to install, maintain and troubleshoot the LTM cluster. A primary focus is given to protocol analysis and troubleshooting and how to apply these skills to resolve complex networking problems with the LTM in a variety of network scenarios. This highly specialized and intense boot-camp training made it possible to train an engineer and have them working with minimum supervision within 8 weeks of hiring. Prior to this training program it took up-to 6 months to train an engineer to the same level of productivity. No matter where in the world you work for F5 Networks, if you are an NSE or Consultant, you travel to Seattle and attend this training. This training program integrated into the ISO 9001:2008 certifications for the technical support provided to customers on F5 products worldwide. Show less
