Experience

    • President
      • Dec 2022 - Present

Managed a chapter of 30+ men to create many philanthropic and communal events that helped the community of Buffalo. Under my leadership thousands of dollars have been raised and donated to the Ability Experience (our national charity for disabled children). This position took a lot of leadership, communication, and managerial skills; managing a group of young adults with diverse ranges of attitudes and keeping them centered towards a goal of success was a challenge and something that taught me very valuable life lessons. All in all, a challenging position that helped me develop my administrative skills, logistical skills, and communication skills. Show less

Handle and create invoices for UB School of Pharmacy’s faculty. Update and make sure certain information on the invoice tracking and financial statements are correct with the help of technology. Work with word processing programs, excel, and other programs/devices such as scanning, printing, etc. Constantly deal with the upkeep of records by uploading them digitally and sorting them. Handle a lot of sensitive information with care and discretion. Handle and create invoices for UB School of Pharmacy’s faculty. Learned to organize and manage both kids along with adults. Keeping coworkers on task and making sure the kids were being taken care of was a challenge in the sense that I felt like I had to juggle a lot at once; a very eye opening experience and one I feel like challenged my administration skills. Managed Alex Pan’s campaign to run for NYC Comptroller. Helped in a lot of both administrative and social roles. Learned how to manage people, time, and use a variety of social media platforms to advertise the campaign. Managed to get deep in the race with only a few hundred dollars while other candidates spent hundreds of thousands of dollars. Managed Alex Pan’s campaign to run for NYC Comptroller. I was a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant meaning I know how to keep a medical office flowing smoothly. I understand basic medical terminology and understand HIPAA, OSHA and CMS regulations. I know how to work the phones and talk to patients to make sure the office is running efficiently. I also know how to create schedules and schedule patients themselves. I am also well versed in receiving payments for the medical office and other general financial responsibilities that CMAA should know. Show less

Was a Woodhull Hospital administrative volunteer who went around the hospital and did various things. I’ve worked in an office space organizing documents, I’ve contacted people and worked the phones, and I’ve worked with Microsoft Office. Obtained a lot of knowledge and experience with this volunteer position. Was a Woodhull Hospital administrative volunteer who went around the hospital and did various things. MedDOCs was a program created by Mount Sinai to teach adolescents about specific bodily systems. Each season was a different bodily system. I attended the Cardiology Fall 2018 session; very informative and got to meet a lot of hospital staff. The program went into depth how the Cardiovascular System of the body works and we did multiple hands on experiments to get a better perspective on the bodily system itself. The program was very educational and was a great experience. MedDOCs was a program created by Mount Sinai to teach adolescents about specific bodily systems.
