Edward Bown

I studied with Jose for 3 years at University of Portsmouth where we worked closely on several assignments together. Following this Jose worked for me for 3 months at Portsmouth City Council where he quickly picked up skills both in design and contract phases of various projects. I look forward to working with Jose again in the near future.
