Managing system modifications in relation to scope changes that may impact base line plan and or budget agreed, ensuring that the main indicators, CPI and SPI, are controlled and reported in a regular basis. - Part of the continuous improvement and innvation group, meant to identify gather and promote improvement projects, all resulting from the monitoring and control of the different tolos prepared for lessons learnt, best practices and non conformance sessions. - Excel & VBA based tools generation to ease the team daily work, covering activities such as: Resources management, stress data analysis and representation, integrated SharePoint trackers, performance indicators, improvement proposals automatic gathering, etc. Show less
