Working in an agile environment where I am used as a multipurpose team member. My job includes but is not limited to making tough design decisions. Using a screen design tool to create new screens and maintain existing ones. Writing up client facing documentation pertaining to the product that I'm working on, as well as internal documentation. I also pick up development tasks and quality assurance testing tasks when my team needs it. Working in an agile environment where I am used as a multipurpose team member. I helped customers when they needed help with computer issues, and when they had software issues. I would reset passwords when student and faculty locked themselves out of school accounts. I would help with printers, on all different levels. I helped customers when they needed help with computer issues, and when they had software issues.
