- Became the point of contact for the development of project El Nuevo Amancer with a quick transitioning period from the previous Project Manager. Currently handling the monthly draw process and day to day financial position of the project. - Played a vital role in the acquisition of 443 soto and securing the pre-development loan by identifying all equity contribution to the project to reimburse the parent company and constructed the Construction Budget for the Lenders Analysis. - Lead Cost Cert for Project Whittier Phase II LP to identify final in basis amount and analyzed technical accounting / tax regulations to guide President/CEO on our final Basis amount. - Analyzed Real Estate Budget for projects ENA and 443 soto and found Expenses that have not been captured in the budget.
