   Manage Planning Department with all planning needs for running Projects in various areas in Qatar. Prepare contractual baseline program until full approval by Client / Consultant with cost and manpower resource loading  Oversee the update of the Program. Generate reports such as weekly and monthly dashboard, WBS summary & milestone status report, progress s curve, 2-week look ahead and 1-month look ahead programs including resources, critical and longest path activities, delay distribution cost report, delay issues report, manpower histogram update Prepare stand-alone micro program for the Subcontractors Attend weekly progress meeting with Consultant and/or Subcontractors Prepare internal recovery program as needed by Consultant. Prepare Extension of Time Claim in coordination with the Project Manager/Director including mitigation plans to keep projects on track Provide high level reports as needed by the PMO. Interface coordination with Technical, Procurement & Logistics Departments and Site Team for planned against actual status of related items to expedite program of works smoothly. Propose & standardize the templates for project reports and PMO controlled templates
