Responsibilities:● Responsible for Direct and Indirect Purchasing, Sourcing, Planning and Production Control, MRP Execution, Warehouse, Import/Export Logistics, and Inventory Management. ● Responsible for the accuracy of Forecast, MPS Load and MRP output, Production Plans, Schedules, and Inventory levels. Ensure Revenue targets accomplishment of $140M USD-150M USD by balancing the Inventory levels properly.● Responsible for Inventory Management, Receiving, and Stockroom functions.● Implemented visual dashboards for the Planning department that track daily MRP exception codes, which have improved production orders control in the system and shop floor and have also maintained the production scheduling attainment above 96% on time. Tracked Supplier OTD, daily blocked invoices and MRB (Rejected Material by the Quality team). Metrics were followed individually for each buyer. The implementation provided direct support for Customer OTD, OTTR and DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning, stocked items) and contributed on maintaining metrics above 95% which met our customers’ expectations.• Implement several supply strategies that included Visual Kan-bans, supplier stocking agreements ,consignment and VMI programs which were included all local supplier base as well as overseas supply base. The benefit included the ability to deliver material directly to the point of use reducing complexity and time for the receiving and warehouse teams.• Auditing and selection of suppliers.• Company MPS (Master Production Scheduling).• Cleaned up the MRB area: established guidelines for turnaround of discrepancies to suppliers.
