Weekly meetings with US Payroll and HR staff to revise tasks and analyze reports. • Manual invoice revision of Siemens Delegations across the globe (cost-of-living, business flight, repatriation, tuition, health insurance) for payment approval.• Bi-Weekly payment report sent to Payroll, meeting with Payroll manager included for data validation.• Set up and Monitoring of Tax packages for delegations.• Working closely with US Management on implementation of strategic HR optimization programs for selected company divisions during high volume transactional peaks.
