  During the first month of the internship I was exposed to health care marketing tactics and strategy. I learned the basics of project management, customer segmentation, and I also contributed to the digital marketing efforts of the company. For the second month of the internship, I was moved to the Accounting and Finance Department, in which I worked with the accounts receivable team. My main duty here was to charge past due accounts by sending them past due invoices and making phone calls to resolve any issues or misunderstandings with the clients.
