I founded Fi @ UCSD along with five bright innovative minds to bring experiential learning opportunities to students while providing clients across San Diego with deliverables that inform their design process and enhance their products/services. Designing for Trust in Healthcare Automation Researcher

Lead a student team to analyzed user interviews conducted with 22 persons with diabetes. Building on this analysis, my team collected insights aimed to identify behaviors that indicate trust as well as contextual, and motivational factors that drive these behaviors. In collaboration with my team, selected insights were translated into low-fidelity prototypes or to be used in preparation for workshops. We also conducted a competitive analysis to identify best practices in customer support for websites and mobile applications. These findings were used to create prototypes for a medical device company that provides continuous glucose monitoring systems for diabetes management. Show less

In our efforts to reduce waste and our impact on landfill, we created an Anaerobic Digester that converts organic waste into Biogas. We partnered with local restaurants to collect their food waste and process it for alternative purposes.
