It was a challenge to step into my new position in a really tight timeframe. However, my ability to fluently cooperate with other people and departments paid off as I achieved and overachieved set KPIs and laid ground for new goals. Improvements I suggested were accepted to be implemented in Lithuania as well as proposed to other countries in similar departments.
