Jorge is by far, one of the most genuine persons I have met during my time on active duty in the Marine Corps. His ability to lead and mentor through his own personal example is something that is truly admirable and not often found in today’s society. Although I don’t have the space to list all of Jorge’s professional and personal attributes, I can say with complete certainty, no matter what Jorge does or sets his sights on, it gets done with the utmost focus, detail, and precision. I am proud to call Jorge a friend after all these years and my words are validated by his achievements as a Marine. I cannot wait to see what Jorge will do in the civilian world and how fortunate the organization will be that gives Jorge the opportunity to join their team.

Jorge is one of the best leaders I have ever met not only in the military, but on a personal business level that goes well above providing any type of recommendation. He has continuously resolved critical problems, ensured his Marines were well taken care of, and always provided excellent feedback towards accomplishing the most extremely difficult tasks. During my time knowing him, he has always effectively and proficiently managed a large staff and is a person who does not shy away from resolving serious issues. His technical acumen in Aviation Supply and Logistics is evident through his leadership capabilities, mentorship, and personal guidance. Any company that seeks out his impressive skillset towards adding him into your business plan is going to quickly see that he is an outstanding manager who can provide exceptional results through his passion to get tasks done.
