Project consisted in concentration of maintenance data in manufacturing plants for a new centralized unit. This enabled the assessment of a reduction of 7% in costs of maintenance. Savings recorded in its first operating year exceeded USD 1.8 million. • Spearheaded new research on the impact between indicators across areas, using information from business units and corporate databases such as SAP and Microstrategy. The study aimed to appraise the effects of product design and manufacturing quality on the volume of sales. • Developed and assessed a project of USD 7.9 million for the expansion of a potato seed facility, ensuring the supply of raw materials for a business unit worth USD 547 million in annual revenue. Project included 40% of water supply through rainwater harvesters and 100% of wind power. • Carried out field visits to manufacturing sites, distribution centers, laboratories and crop fields to suggest new projects. Recommended the substitution of LPG distribution system to enable the use of Natural gas in two manufacturing plants.
