Conducted a competitive analysis of the process to create and use online checking accounts offered by our bank and three competitors. Provided feedback of information presented online, account opening process, and ease of setting up and using online and mobile banking. In addition to providing feedback of my experience via short online surveys, there were also weekly facilitated videoconference focus groups to discuss research and analysis.
