  In my last position I produced my best work, I was replaced by two younger programmers, I produced a general purpose risk assessment program and a letter generation system with characteristics of knowledge management system my young uni trained manager never knew what she had my direct manager yes but ... thank you, at last I was free from wasting my life creating Software and free to think. This days I dance write paint talk and care for the next generation, may they be smarter than mine. of course my direction was set by the collapse of the software industry, the new management strategies were better 2 monkeys easy replaced than someone that doesn't accept peanuts destroyed the last of my faith in the system. I am too old in a market of young and mentors or seniors to prevent youth mistakes is out of fashion, too old for the new strategies... sorry my IQ is not 100 nor 110 like a manager nor 130 like a DR specialist or Kevin is a 150 with low dynamic intelligence, no patience for idiots. Einstein ... human stupidity is the only infinite in the universe is ... proof he was a genius Jesus saying we have to do our best no matter what, is true, I found Jesus the servant of god last year, amazing... if you just follow is teachings it makes sense... you seek the truth in the middle of lies.
