      * Define DB `s innovation process in a simple and efficient way making sure the organization adheres to it* Manage and inspire marketing-operation led innovation and innovation practices across DB and product categories; * Find and/or create new exiting concepts (such as new technology opportunities or directions for the business or brands) through an early stage development process; * In conjunction with other departments, scope and recommend innovation projects to be progressed in the business;* Work with functional experts and other teams to establish the commercial and technical viability of new ideas and projects;* Drive innovation strategies and projects from initiation to an approved execution strategy with relevant DB marketing teams and other stakeholders;* Act as a resource to provide advice and support to project teams to guarantee perfect execution and launch, maximizing chances of success ;* Prioritise and plan innovation projects and propose appropriate resource allocation and time frames to the DB CEO & Global Marketing Director for approval;* Liaise with Directors and Senior Managers to identify members for project teams, ensuring the appropriate mix of expertise, know-how and accountability for each project;* Challenge DB marketing teams to thoroughly explore and exploit consumer insights and market trends; work closely with all DB` departments and/or PWB Consumer Insights and Planning/ISC team to explore and develop breakthrough insights that our businesses can benefit from; * Provide regular updates to the CEO, Global Marketing Director and rest of the CODI on the advancement of all priority innovation projects;* Maintain knowledge of day-to-day market and competitor developments, initiatives and innovations and accurately assess the opportunities provided to DB by these developments; * Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the DB innovation process & mentality.
