Acting as Company on site representative for day to day administration of the EPC Contract with ICA Fluor Daniel in order to ensure construction, commissioning and start up of Project is carried out on budget and on schedule and in compliance with the EPC Contract, evaluate field change orders. Interface with the Bank engineer. Managing the linear facilities (electric,gas, water and water discharge).
