My development in ioscoot from the beginning has been marked by two very clear objectives,Place the customer as the axis of rotation and create a sensitive structure, organic and able to adapt to the needs of each moment without losing losses or dependence on third parties.The second objective was to create the first profitable vehicle exchange system in the world. For this, we acquired the only two-wheeled exchange company in Spain with the intention of analyzing, testing, optimizing and developing in a very controlled manner with a small fleet. Portfolio of users scarce but sufficient.The summary of the tasks performed in ioscoot:• Market analysis, acquisition of the only scooters company that shares in Spain for its acquisition and pilot test of 12 months, both at the operational and technological level at Hard and soft level.• UX study and creation of App.• Creation of the operations department, customer service and development.• Rebranding and performance test.• Creation in parallel of real-time management "console" so that the control of each department, including investors, generates Trust and report information in real time with the KPIs.• Design and start-up of the first international franchise.After a period of constant disagreements between the partners with the management model as detailed above, I left the administration completely and started together with a development team to create a totally null platform called Mob.
