I also provide second level technical support to users of these complex systems, make technical presentations to potential customers, deliver certain internal technical support functions, and participate on the technical design of new XipLink products. I take full responsibility on all technical aspects of installed accounts, existing channels and prospective customers in the Americas Region. This job requires me to travel on a regular basis, mostly for customer visits, sales presentations, demos and network deployments. I'm responsible of all technical communications to some of the top revenue accounts so I participate, asssist and do project management task to follow up on any open projects and network add-ons. I perform all my activities in a multilingual basis, my proficiency in both English and Spanish has represented a key element of the sucess of the company in the Americas region with tangible results such as an increase in revenue year after year.

So to accomplish this task I designed the Acceptance Testing Protocols for new technologies to make it compatible with the Satellite platform. Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations. Prepare technical descriptions of services for new or actual customers. Design technical proposals of turnkey network solutions and generate the corresponding quotations and pricing. Generate and monitor KPIs of the Engineering Department.
