I found working with Jorge a very enriching experience. He is a great professional, highly organized and focused in everything he does. In the project I worked more closely with him, he always knew which steps to take next, never losing sight of the final goal. At one time, the Project Manager had to go on a business trip for about 2 months, so Jorge had to assume control of some projects. At that time he was coordinating two people (myself included) while taking care of his own tasks and, although it wasn't easy, he stood up to the challenge and did a great job. He is very independent, but always available to help others and has a great sense of humour, which makes working with him very easy. He is also a creative person, interested in learning new technologies and I believe he can overcome any challenge presented to him.
