I help Head Coach Steve Patrick with everyday practice whether it be setting up the workouts to giving the athletes their paces. I have responsibilities in recruiting and the monthly newsletter that we send out to prospective athletes. I'm a mentor to the athletes and am proud to be of help to the Cortland XC team this fall! Getting in contact with decision makers of agencies and companies to tell them about what we do at PeopleSystems. We handle the unemployment taxes and rates for companies. The state overpays unemployment around 15% and most of the time companies will just pay back that amount because they believe the state is correct when in fact they aren't. PeopleSystems analyzes their Rate Notice from the state and helps to lower those rates and costs up towards the 25% range. I try to set up meetings with our sales reps to explain more about what the company does and how they can work with their HR department to save them more. Show less

Created a dialogue with the customer to see if they are in need of any other recommendations for either clothes, socks, or recovery items that we sell.
