Hate, disinformation, and polarisation are on the rise. These black-and-white world views are drowning out the Grey Middle Ground. At Dare to be Grey, we aim to take back control, by analysing and uncovering sources of these harmful issues, and offering alternatives to the us-versus-them narratives. Our platform hosts refreshing perspectives, challenging opinions, and personal stories. Hate, disinformation, and polarisation are on the rise. International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP)
-
Jun 2016 - Jul 2016
The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Through short-term visits to the United States, current and emerging foreign leaders in a variety of fields experience this country firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts. Since we have developed innovative solutions to #ChallengeExtremism in our communities and around the world, we were invited to the United States to showcase our ideas and identify ways to take them to the next level. The IVLP I participated in focused on countering violent extremism and conducted both professional meetings and cultural activities in Washington D.C., New York and San Francisco.
