JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- • Prepare estimates for new / variation works as per specifications and client requirements. • Review and assess technical specifications, bill of quantities & technical drawings. • Design and Estimation of Low voltage panel (LV), power factor correction panel (PFCP), Sub main distribution board (SMDB) & final distribution board (DB). • Design and Estimation of Motor control center (MCC), Lighting control panel (LCP), Auto transfers switch panel (ATS), soft starter panel, VFD panel & Swimming pool control panel. • Selection of Enclosure (FORM-2, FORM-3 & FORM-4), Busbar, Cable, Control Circuit, harmonic reactors, starters (star/delta, DOL & 2Speed), Contactors and Over load relays for the required panel. • Design review, Review of contract specifications, contract documents and scope of work & Preparation of competitive cost estimation. • Techno-commercial negotiations with suppliers. • Providing inputs to prepare the submittals, load schedules as required to obtaining approval. • Ensure that only approved drawings are implemented and approved materials are used. • Study of Technical Specification and prepare Compliance Statement & data sheet. • Prepare the offer to the customer including technical and commercial terms. • Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing issues and technical clarifications. • Support the team in : Maintaining & updating catalogues & Price lists • Support the team in Design and Drafting by using AUTOCAD for above mentioned panels. • Well versed in all regulations of DEWA, ADEWA, SEWA, FEWA & KAHRAMAA.
