Jordan and I worked together for about a year on a large VR simulator project; he as the main Quality Analyst and me as the Art Lead. I found Jordan to be professional, witty, and diligent, with an excellent eye for art errors. Jordan was working to transition on to the art team, and I was personally excited for him to join us because he had already demonstrated 3D modeling skills, an understanding of our asset creation process, and an ability to take feedback and follow up on it. Jordan is a genuine pleasure to work with, and will be a great addition to the next team he takes his skills to.

Jordan was the main Quality Analyst for one of our large simulator projects, which lasted approximately 1 year and had a budget of $2.5M US. He reported directly into the Producer in charge of the project and was the voice that dictated the quality of the product. He oversaw all quality and was responsible for determining what supporting QA focused on when they temporarily joined the team. On the technical side, Jordan worked with a programmer on automated testing. Jordan is incredibly enthusiastic and always willing to help out where needed. He is especially passionate about art and was working to make a transition onto the Art team. As a QA, it was important for him to exercise his authority around a product's quality, and by the end of the project he was doing this quite effectively. Jordan worked well with developers to communicate his concerns and find acceptable solutions. Jordan was a pleasure to work with and I know he'll be a valuable member of whichever team he joins next.

Testing and bug filing throughout multiple VR projects. In charge of maintaining build quality and communicating with development teams to ensure that all features of the product are functioning as intended or suggesting/investigating ways to improve them if they are not. During crunch periods I have been given authority to judge all changes that go into the projects before they are submitted, ensuring that they meet standards set by design documents, logged bugs, client needs, etc. Testing and bug filing throughout multiple VR projects.
