Dean Giavaras

During Jordan's time at Shure during the summer of 2008, he exhibited excellent skills and work ethic that will make him a very desirable hire at his next position. He showed exceptional curiousity and follow through. He easily completed tasks that he was offered and spent the time to do research to offer intelligent input when asked. He exhibited higher than expected bandwidth for handling multiple projects at a time completing upgrades of 2 hardware installations as well as compiling research data into usable briefs. He showed attention to detail in his daily tasks and the flexibility to offer useful input in a variety of situations while at the same time happily completing less interesting task assigned to him based on his junior level position. Skills he exhibited included test setup wiring, component level design, engineering research and test operation/data compilation as well as recording studio operation. I highly recommend him as a professional, talented and eager candidate for future positions he may pursue.

Jordan has in-depth understanding of electro- acoustic theory. He also has a lot of experience on acoustic testing. He is self-motivated and a quick learner. I was very impressed when he taught himself and finished a very comprehesive SoundCheck test program in just two months! He is a fun person to work with and a constructive team player. I strongly recommend him.
