  This varied role involved dealing with members of the public and a range of medical and other professionals. I ensured all required clinical rooms were opened up and that they were clean and tidy, monitored the flow of patients ensuring the appointment system accurately reflected their arrival time. This role required sensitivity in handling personal and telephone requests for appointments, telephone consultations and visits to the Centre. My clerical tasks included being responsible for ensuring data was processed accurately and that information about patients was recorded in accordance with practice procedures and guidelines as well as providing assistance in the form administrative support, meeting room management, booking taxis for patients, arranging sample collections and other office management tasks.
