Do you need someone that is really good at writing tools in most scripting languages? Jordan is that guy. Do you need someone really good at C/C++? Jordan is that guy. Do you need someone who knows Linux and getting it configured/setup? Jordan is that guy. Jordan is the person who will tackle anything and get it done correctly the first time. He is one of the most well rounded professionals I know in the tech field. Not only that he has evolved to become a great scrum master and great communicator in championing the scrum framework to those unfamiliar with it. He has transformed the scrum team he is on to become very cohesive, and very productive. When we did the scrum master training he displayed his great communication skills in presenting various training slides and helping to lead several training exercises. One last thing, he is always willing to discuss problems with you and advise when needed. In the time I have worked I have been privileged to watch him develop all these great traits you look for in an employee. I would not be surprised to hear that one day soon he is an architect and or a manager.
