      Previously known solely as Rose Communications UK, the company is now Rose Communications Group and parent company to two communication brands, Alfonica (www.alfonica.com) and RCUK (www.rcuk.com). In this position I managed the company rebrand, splitting one company into three organisations and I established a new marketing department. Company growth during my time as Marketing Manager was 20% YoY. All companies combined employed about 50 staff at the time of my arrival which had increased to 60+ by my departure, one year later. As well as the rebrand and strategic business strategy, I led all aspects of RCUK and Alfonica's marketing plans and implementation with a hands-on approach, tasks included but were definitely not limited to: lead-generation strategy, OOH, trade exhibition planning, marketing brochures and I'm most proud about the launch of internal comms systems and CSR strategy - developing a corporate partnership with Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity.
