He quickly became a trusted member of our team, and colleagues would regularly reach out to see if he was available to help with special projects related to user experience. Jordan is exceptionally receptive and responsive to feedback, which means he is constantly learning and improving. We could rely on him to be detail-oriented and complete complex projects, even when working to tight deadlines. When a project might take a longer (or shorter) timeline to complete, he proactively communicated and kept us in the loop. Jordan's productivity level was consistently outstanding. During the time we worked together, he supported major aspects of our brand positioning, including co-designing the company's new brand book. He designed marketing emails, social media graphics, and landing pages; produced a video and edited copy; and updated countless materials in InDesign and Illustrator. Jordan created a strategic SEO template so that Landed could publish optimized content efficiently. In addition, he worked cross-functionally with our CX team to contribute to and lead empathy interviews with Landed's homebuyers, and he collaborated with our software engineers to help launch our new customer application. I always knew I could count on him. Jordan is one of the quickest learners I have ever worked with – so even in the areas where he did not have previous experience, he quickly became a go-to resource for the team.
