  As Editor in Chief, I was responsible for all the non-business aspects of the magazine. I recruited staff members, trained them as editors, spearheaded publicity efforts, and handled submissions from hundreds of authors and artists. I was also the principal designer and layout editor of the magazine, which was a finalist for the 2015 ACP National Pacemaker Award.
