This would encompass the development of new skills to guarantee they are operating their new voice solution to its full potential. This would be achieved by providing technical, more in-depth knowledge maximising the capability and ensure our customers satisfaction following the product installation. We offer a number of bespoke prepared training sessions to suite your business needs, my sessions vary from training 1-2-1, Virtual group training, classroom style and conferences. We can train everyone from reception and general staff to IT Manger director level.
