In addition to excelling at the core elements of her job, I’ve seen Jordan pick up (and manage with complete autonomy, might I add) other tasks that extend well beyond the scope of her role, including managing marketing and social campaigns AND the various strategies behind them. She's extremely accountable to deadlines and skilled at working independently, but she's very proactive about collaboration and contributing to the team as well.
